Mr. Roland Oroh established Rossland in the year 2000 as a market research and management consulting operation. Over the course of time, he added background screening and verification services in 2014; added recruitment services in 2016, and a trading division. All of these were in response to the needs of the business environment. In 2016, Rossland Group was created to accommodate all the different business lines.
